In the city of Athens, Paul finds that the city is full of statues of idols. People there worshiped idols (false gods). Some of these idols they didn’t even know or understand. In fact, one of them was the “unknown god”. Paul begins to preach the Gospel to everyone there everyday! The Gospel message includes:
-God created the world
-We have sinned
-God wants change (repent)
-God will judge
-God forgives through Jesus Christ
