The Messiah is God. There are two promises that show this to us: the Messiah will be called "God with us" and the Messiah was uncreated. Everything we see around us was created by God. The Messiah was never created. He was already there in the very beginning. And that also tells us that He is God. As God, He can really have victory over Satan, give blessing to the whole world, and be the righteous and good king who we all need!
