God humbles Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 4:1-37)

King Nebuchadnezzar recalls as the beginning of the dream that God had sent - of a great, fruitful tree that was seen across the earth. This tree is the king, Daniel explains. But as seen in the dream, God’s plan is to remove the power and kingdom away from King Nebuchadnezzar for seven years. Until, he recognizes God as the Most High over all affairs of man. A year later, in the midst of boasting in his own strength, King Nebuchadnezzar is humbled by God as exactly promised. At the end of the seven years, Nebuchadnezzar does come to praise, exalt and honor God - the one who is Most High.
